Production and Promotions Assistant

Jamie Murdick is anxiously awaiting her graduation from Arizona State University’s prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in May 2008.  She is a member of the Student Chapter of NATAS and The Dean’s List.  Jamie began her internship with Apple Box Pictures as a Production and Promotions Assistant in April 2007.  Since then Jamie has had the opportunity to grow as an intern and appreciates new tasks and challenges set before her.  She enjoys assisting in the pre-production of Apple Box projects; but her true passion resides in being on-camera talent.  Lucky for her, this internship has afforded her just that!  She has had the opportunity to work on-camera for various Apple Box productions including the new, highly anticipated program “BIG Ass BBQ.” 

Her goal is to learn as much about the industry as possible in order to be a more versatile and valued production associate, but her professional ambition is to become a likable, well-known television host.  Each professional at Apple Box Pictures is happy to offer Jamie a fresh, personal perspective into the innovative world of production; likewise, she is happy to share her youthful spirit and college-age perception which often enhances Apple Box’s demographic.  For this unique partnership alone, Jamie insists that she couldn’t have found a better place to learn, contribute and thrive!
